Do you have a cashmere shawl? Do you know how to care for it?
Cashmere is a precious cashmere. Shawls or other clothes made of it belong to high-grade cashmere products. There will be a lot of problems when we clean it.
1. Because cashmere is light, soft, warm and slippery, it is best to wash it separately by hand (do not wash it together with other clothes) for family washing. Different colors of cashmere products should not be washed together, so as not to touch other colors.
2. Cashmere products stained with coffee, juice and blood should be washed in special washing and dyeing shops.
3. Soak in cold water for 5 to 10 minutes before washing (jacquard or multi-colored cashmere products are not suitable for soaking), and gently squeeze with both hands in water while soaking. The purpose of immersion extrusion is to make the dirt attached to the inside of cashmere out of the fiber and into the water, the other part of the dirt wet loose. After soaking, gently squeeze out the water with both hands, and then put it into the neutral washing solution of about 35℃ while soaking and gently squeeze with both hands to wash, do not use hot soapy water, do not rub, do not use detergent containing alkaline washing, otherwise there will be shrinkage felt and deformation. (When washing cashmere products at home, shampoo can be used. Because cashmere fiber is protein fiber, afraid of alkaline detergent, and shampoo is mostly "mild" neutral detergent.)
4, washing after cashmere products need to be "acid" (the washed cashmere products on containing the right amount of glacial acetic acid solution soak), in order to neutralize residual soap lye in cashmere, improve gloss, fabric of wool fiber protection, and if there is no in the program of "acid" glacial acetic acid also can be substituted for edible vinegar, but also need once after acid water.
5. After rinsing with clean water at about 30℃, the supporting softener can be put in according to the specified amount, and the feel will be better.
6. Squeeze out the water from the washed cashmere products and dehydrate them in the dehydrating drum of the washing machine.
7. Lay the dehydrated cashmere sweater flat on the table covered with towels, measure it to the original size with a ruler, and arrange it into a prototype by hand to dry in the shade and avoid hanging in the sun.
8, after the shade dry, can be used in the middle temperature (about 140℃) steam ironing smooth hot, iron and cashmere products away from 0.5~1 cm distance, do not press on it, such as using other iron must pad wet towel.
