Screen Printing
Our specialty is hand printing custom silk scarves designs on silk fabrics.
Four-edge panel design print is available with us, the length could stretch to
the extent of
250cm (98inches), it means we are able to print 19 pieces such long scarves for
every single
time, which is rare in the standard of screen print industry.

Digital Printing
Digital textile printing is similar to using a printer to print on a piece of

Half-auto Screen Print Workmanship
This is one of our design collection come into life with the use of half-auto
screen print
machine. Such traditional techniques are created by our factory director, panel
design is able
to be printed.
The print effect is very fine and smart, due to the precise half-auto machine,
your pattern will
be in exquisite figure printed on our raw silk scarves.
Meanwhile, instant print is also workable with large quantities of output every
day.
With our very own in-house produced colors and dyes,we guarantee that we can
match your plain
dye fabric to the print colors.
Our Weaving Machine
Silk Fabric Weaving
Imported Italian Weaving Machines and our own produced grade A6 silk yard material to weave our high quality silk fabrics and custom silk scarves range. Custom weave special silk fabric available, with Jacquard pattern, silk cotton blend, silk viscose blend, silk linen blend, silk wool blend.
Wool Fabric Weaving
With wool warp and weft, a 2/2 twill weave, called fulled weaving. Fulling wool results in a felt-like fulled fabric, known as vadmal. 100% natural wool fabric are sourced from New Zealand and Australia, then woven by us factory to be made into wool cashmere scarves, pashmina shawls. Custom weave special wool fabric available, including full range of fabric like wool, cashmere, wool silk blended, water soluble cashmere, etc.
