Silk chiffon fabric also has some shortcomings. These aspects can not keep up with imitation silk chiffon fabric. For example, it is easy to become gray and light after washing, it cannot be exposed to the sun (yellowing), it is troublesome to handle (requires hand washing), and fastness. Now silk yarns have become two types. Silk yarns that are not wrinkled are called silk chiffon fabric (the shrinkage rate after launching is about 3-5%). The rough and wrinkled silk yarn is called: silk geki (the shrinkage rate after launching is about 15%).
