With digital printing on silk what is the % of print ‘show through’ on the back side?
All digital print equipment can’t have good penetration,normally 40%-60% can show on the back side, it is decided by the color of design, deep color except black always shows good on back side, recently we developed a special technique,which can improve the penetration 75%-85%, backside color can show better,but it can’t be used for geometric patterns.

Do you have a minimum order for custom scarves and sample cost ?
Commonly the minimum quantity of digital print: 20pcs/design, if total qty can reach like 200pcs, 10pcs/design or less is good, digital print sample cost: 20-30 usd/design according to the size, screen print: 100pcs/design,screen print sample cost: 40usd/color (one color needs one silk screen).
What is your approximate turnaround time for production?
Digital print sample needs 7-10 working days, mass production: 20-25 working days according to the quantity.
Screen print sample needs 10-15 working days, mass production: 25-30 working days according to the quantity.
What is your policy on protection of Copyright?
We have strict rules to keep your designs safe, each sales who service you will responsible for the safe of your designs, if any designs leak out, we know who should take the responsibility, besides we will sign a Confidentiality Agreement and stamp on it to makes it has legal force, after order finished,if you need, we can delete all your designs, but same time, we will delete all the printing record, it will effect the color of repeat order
How is everything started after details like fabric ,prices confirmed ?
We will start printing a sample for quality check first, it basically need 7-15 days, shipping will take about 3-5 days according to your address, after sample confirmed, then mass production can be started, we will follow the color and quality of the samples, mass production always takes about 20-30 days according to quantity and how complex the order is.
