This scarf is so much better than I expected it to be. I got it on sale for $13.29, and thought that was a great price. The tag on the item definitely said 100% wool, but I just kind of figured that couldn't possibly be true. So I looked up how to test for wool, and carefully pulled a few fibers from the end of the scarf. I burned them and looked to see what happened. What happened was exactly what the article said would happen if it was wool, it burned up like hair, smelled like burning hair (euw) and turned to ash that you can easily crush afterwards. So yes, I think it's true, it's wool! I also think it feels lovely and soft. I'm using it as a winter scarf/face mask covering, and the colors are beautiful. When I checked back online to see what other colors they had, I noticed the price on the exact one I am reviewing had dropped to $3.99!! And they were offering 10% off on top of that! They had two left, and I immediately scooped them up for Christmas gifts. I honestly can't believe that price drop... Crazy good deal. The scarves are perfect for gifts as they arrive in beautiful packaging. I just really love them. I'm definitely going to be ordering more. I really love wearing wool and own a couple of wool clothing items and several blankets. It's the perfect material for pretty much any season.

Is this warm and big enough to basically use it as a blanket? Im going on a plane and I'm trying to stay warm without adding to much bulk.
